This policy explains what data gamen.fun ("the site") collects and why. The site is a landing page for a game in development.

What we collect

Email address — only if you voluntarily submit it through the update form. We use it solely to send development updates about the game. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Basic technical data — such as page views, referrer, approximate country, browser type, and screen size. This is aggregate analytics used to understand whether the site works and where visitors come from. It is not used to identify you.

Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled they are configured to avoid cross-site tracking. Your browser may store local data required for the page to function.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the EU GDPR applies: we process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form and may withdraw at any time. We process aggregate analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your email address at any time. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us directly using the address below.

Data retention

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Aggregate analytics are retained for a limited period and then discarded.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on a third-party static hosting provider and may use a third-party email delivery service to send updates. Those providers process data on our behalf. Embedded video, if present, may be served by a third party such as YouTube, which applies its own policies.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the project develops. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
